Clear from the start

Website terms and our role.

These terms explain the information and introduction service offered through UK EV Charging. Please also read our privacy information before submitting an enquiry.

1. Who operates the website?

UK EV Charging is a trading name of Packwood Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17443927. Registered office: 59 Cambrian Lane, Corby, NN18 8GR. Contact: info@ukevcharging.co.uk.

2. What service do we provide?

We provide general information about EV charging and help people and organisations enquire about installations. Where a suitable independent installation partner is available, we may introduce the enquirer to that business. We are not the electrical installer, and submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an available installer or a quotation.

3. Is there a fee for asking?

Submitting an enquiry to UK EV Charging is free and does not commit you to accepting a quotation or purchasing anything. We may earn an agreed referral fee from a participating installer when an introduction results in work. We will not charge the enquirer a separate introduction fee without explaining and agreeing it in advance.

4. Who quotes, installs and provides aftercare?

Any electrical survey, technical recommendation, installation quotation, contract for installation, payment arrangements, manufacturer warranty and installer workmanship guarantee are matters to confirm directly with the appointed installation business. Please check the partner's identity, registrations, insurance, quotation details and aftercare terms before accepting work. We do not promise that every partner will offer identical products or prices.

5. Published figures, dates and liability

We aim to use reliable, identifiable sources and show when significant figures were published or last checked. Prices, charging tariffs, grant amounts, estimated savings, installation times, product specifications and other numerical examples may be revised by third parties or become inaccurate after publication. They are general illustrations, not a quotation, guaranteed saving, personalised electrical specification or guarantee of grant eligibility. Please check the latest figures with the relevant government body, energy provider, manufacturer or qualified installer before making a financial or installation decision.

UK EV Charging and Packwood Group Ltd do not control third-party changes after a figure was last checked and cannot take responsibility for decisions based solely on illustrative figures without obtaining current independent confirmation. We remain responsible for obligations we owe under applicable law. If you notice an incorrect figure, please tell us so we can review it. A suitably competent installer and any grant authority must assess your actual circumstances.

6. Enquiries and personal information

We use the details you provide to respond and, where appropriate, discuss or arrange an introduction to an installer. We explain the purpose of that sharing in our form and privacy page. Please provide accurate contact details and do not submit sensitive personal documents through the initial enquiry form.

7. Questions or complaints

Contact info@ukevcharging.co.uk if you have a concern about this website, how your details have been handled or the introduction process. For a complaint about the electrical work, invoice or contractual aftercare, contact the installation business first; we will consider whether any further action is appropriate regarding its participation in our network.

8. Applying to join the installer network

The installer-partner registration form is an expression of interest only. It is not acceptance into our network, a promise of customer referrals, an offer of work or an agreement to pay or receive referral fees. We may request and verify qualifications, registrations and insurance separately. An installer becomes eligible for introductions only after the required checks and a suitable written agreement, including commercial and personal-data handling terms.

9. Your rights

Nothing on this page removes or restricts any statutory rights you have as a consumer or data subject, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these website terms when the service changes.

Updated 31 October 2026. These website terms are an operational summary, not a substitute for the separate contract you should receive from an installer.
